Being Michelle: Movie Screening & Panel

The People Inc. Foundation is proud to partner with Niagara University to sponsor a screening and panel discussion of Being Michelle on Monday, April 7 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Niagara University's Russel J. Salvatore Dining Commons Extension.

The film is an award-winning feature-length documentary about a deaf woman with autism who survived incarceration and abuse and now uses her artwork to depict the trauma she survived and heal from her past.

Closed captioning and picture-in-picture sign language interpretation are included in the movie. The event will also have live interpreters.
