In 2025, People Inc. expanded its economic impact by not only adding jobs but also expanding its physical footprint through the construction of two affordable housing complexes. In June, the doors were opened to Mt. Olive Senior Manor, a $27 million multi-year development project that provides 65 affordable apartments for older adults in Buffalo. People Inc.’s Blocher Apartments in Williamsville, a $42 million development that will provide 93 rental apartments for adults who qualify based on income, will open this winter.

In addition, People Inc. opened a new art gallery at the Tri-Main Center in Buffalo, a dedicated space to exhibit artwork created by participants in the ArtsWork program, and has also started development of a new training kitchen to teach employees about healthy and safe meal preparation for people with disabilities for a program called Meals Matter.
