With more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and operational oversight, Trent brings a proven track record of excellence to People Inc. Her career spans executive roles in the hospital and health-care sectors, including leadership positions at Advanced Home Care in Amherst, as well as at US Pain & Spine Institute and University General Health System Inc., in Texas. Earlier in her career, Trent spent more than a decade at KPMG LLP, where she advanced to the role of Audit Partner.

Trent is known for her analytical rigor and collaborative leadership style. As CFO, she will serve as a member of People Inc.’s Senior Leadership Team, overseeing all financial operations, ensuring sound financial stewardship, quality operations and long-term sustainability.
