Nicole joined People Inc. in 2002 and oversees all aspects of the Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance departments, including internal audits, external audits and investigations. She provides leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, continuous quality improvement and effective risk management across the organization. Nicole is a Certified Lean Professional and serves as a member of the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Statewide Committee on Incident Review. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University at Buffalo and a master’s degree in public administration from Buffalo State University.
