After months of thoughtful input from key stakeholders, including People Inc. employees, families and board members, the People inc. Board of Directors recently approved new statements outlining the agency’s guiding principles – our mission, vision and values.
The new language updates and advances our mission and vision statements and core values to reflect the expansion and changes in our services over the years and growth in all areas of our work. It brings clarity and intentionality to the organization’s focus, while honoring our longstanding commitment to the people we serve.
“We are embracing these new values and ensuring that they shine through in all of our work as we enrich lives and communities,” said Anne McCaffrey, People Inc. president and CEO.
