Marilyn Ragau, RN

A People Inc. nurse since 2006, Marilyn Ragau was recognized for her longstanding dedication, leadership, and compassionate approach to care.

Her supervisor described Ragau as an essential member of both the Delaware Programs team and the agency’s nursing department. Colleagues praise her as a stable, caring presence who approaches everyone with compassion and professionalism.

Over the years, Ragau has shared her extensive knowledge to help train direct support professionals and managers, while also stepping in wherever support is needed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she provided direct care coverage when programs were closed and has continued to offer nursing support across multiple sites as needs arise.

Pamela McNeil, RN

Known for her hands-on approach and deep commitment to the people she supports, Pamela McNeil was recognized for going above and beyond in her role.

According to Jocelyn Galas, an RN supervisor at People Inc., “Pam treats every individual with genuine warmth, caring, and expertise. She has shown unwavering dedication to her position and is an asset to the nursing team.”

Colleagues describe McNeil as highly involved in day-to-day life at her site, often stepping in to assist beyond the traditional responsibilities of a nurse. Staff shared that she takes time to help others learn, whether supporting medication administration or guiding team members to feel more confident in their roles.

One staff member noted that McNeil consistently advocates for the best possible care, holds high standards and makes herself available to answer questions and address concerns.
