Off street. One space per resident, no assigned spots

Eligibility

·       The head of household must be 18 years of age or older.

·       Set aside apartments will be available for head of household, 18 years of age or older, who

o   Has a diagnosed developmental disability, physical disability, or

o   Has Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), or

o   Is a current applicant on a public housing/subsidized housing waiting list, or

o   Current housing fails to meet basic standards of health and safety

·       Meet annual income limits depending on number in household

·       The household may consist of one or two individuals per bedroom
