Support Someone in Your Life as a Self-Determination Assistant

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference for someone you know and care about? As a Self Determination Assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with a person receiving services, someone who has personally selected you to be a part of their team.
 

You’ll assist with skill-building activities tailored to their goals, such as, but not limited to: developing daily living skills, navigating the community, providing caregivers with much needed respite, and more. This is a co-managed partnership between you, the person receiving services and/or their caregiver, and People Inc., ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.
