DSP – Residential
Support individuals in home settings with personal care, meal prep, community involvement, and more. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.

Facilitate daily programs like gardening, cooking, art, and dance, Monday through Friday, in center-based or community settings.

Behavior Technicians
Behavior Technician Instruct and supervise people with disabilities in a home or day program setting. Behavior technicians also help with staff training and develop behavior plans for people supported.

Additional Options
Depending on your interests, there may be other career paths available to you:
- DSPs in Residential roles can become Day Services-based DSPs and vice versa. This option allows you to experience a new setting and support people in different ways. Shifts vary.
- DSPs available for part-time, late afternoon work may be interested in a Respite position. Reliable hours, supporting children and adults at Respite program locations and on community outings.
- DSPs looking for a part-time, flexible option can become Travel DSPs within our Community Habilitation program. Support people within the community and their own homes to increase independence. Must have a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to multiple locations.
