Kristen joined People Inc. in 2026 and provides agency-wide leadership to advance safety, quality and organizational accountability. She guides the organization’s accreditation efforts with the Council on Accreditation and is leading the implementation of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, a nationally recognized system for driving performance excellence and long-term sustainability. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in health and human services from the University at Buffalo and holds multiple professional certifications, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System Master Surveyor and Baldrige Alliance Examiner Trainer through the Eastern New York Alliance/Partners in Performance Excellence.
