As Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Jesse Koester provides strategic financial leadership for People Inc., including financial forecasting, cost accounting, service line analysis, purchasing strategy and operational planning.  Prior to joining People Inc., he held senior leadership roles in the Healthcare industry where he led organization-wide initiatives to improve financial and operational performance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo.
