As General Counsel, David J. Haylett Jr. provides legal guidance and oversight for People Inc. and its affiliates, including management of contracts, insurance programs and other agency-related legal matters. Prior to joining People Inc., David has had an extensive legal career across government, social services and private practice roles. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in history from SUNY Cortland. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member at SUNY Niagara, the Niagara County Bar Association and the Niagara County Workforce Development Board.
