Summer Blossoms at People Inc. Greenhouse Program

People who attend the Brighton Park Day Services location lovingly attend the plants, vegetables, and herbs grown in the greenhouse and adjacent gardens. The gardeners eagerly plant seeds, weed, and water every day. They make choices about what to plant and learn about the uses of each one. The therapeutic experience promotes relaxation, personal growth, and pride.

People Inc. Is grateful to West Herr Automotive Group for its generous donation of a 2025 Subaru Forester in celebration of the grand opening of West Herr Subaru of Lockport. The car will be used for the Lockport Young Adult Life Transitions (YALT) Program. Anne McCaffrey, President & CEO of People Inc., members of the agency leadership team, and people participating in the YALT Program were on hand to accept the vehicle.

People Inc.’s American Sign Language Interpreters Build Bridges

People Inc.’s American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters are integral to creating independence by assisting Deaf and hard of hearing communities with meetings, appointments, trainings, events, and more. Businesses, organizations, and medical practices contract with the agency to ensure the provision of reasonable accommodations. Karen Gambino, one very busy ASL interpreter, shares how she found a career that she is passionate about.

Rain Fails to Dampen Success of People Inc. Golf Tournament

A sold-out roster of golf enthusiasts participated in the annual Drive Fore People Inc. golf tournament to support the mission of the People Inc. Foundation. Thunder and lightning shortened play, but not before nearly $70,000 was raised, thanks to the generosity of the Presenting Sponsor, Parkview Health Services, as well as many other corporate and individual donors.
