Cindy oversees all aspects of the day and community services departments, including day rehabilitation programs, respite services, ArtsWork, employment services, Self-Direction, admissions, language services, Headway and member benefits.  She joined People Inc. in 2015 as part of the agency’s merger with Rivershore, Inc., where she was the director of resource development and finance for seven years. Cindy earned a master’s degree in business administration from Niagara University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo. She is a Certified Lean Professional.
