Nancy Palumbo, SPHR, is chief administrative officer for People Inc. Nancy joined People Inc. in 1998, after working for the SUNY Research Foundation, where she conducted training/technical assistance programs for the public and private sector. As chief administrative officer for People Inc., she has oversight of the agency’s Training, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Compliance, Quality Improvement and Facilities Management Departments. 

Active in the community, Nancy serves on the board of directors of Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Buffalo, Inc. where she is secretary of the board as well as chair of the Nominating Committee, and serves on the advisory board of Bryant & Stratton College’s Health Services Administration Program. 

Nancy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Organizational Development Network. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Buffalo. 

Nancy received a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from the University at Buffalo and a master’s degree in organizational development from Canisius College.
