Nancy Palumbo, M.S., SPHR, SHRM-SCP is chief administrative officer for People Inc. Nancy joined People Inc. in 1998. As chief administrative officer for People Inc., she has oversight of the agency’s Human Resources, Learning & Development, Corporate Compliance, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Grants, Public Affairs and Advocacy Departments. She also oversees the agency Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives as well as the Succession Management Program.

Nancy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development and the Organizational Development Network. She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Buffalo. 

Nancy has a master’s degree in organizational development from Canisius College. She is also a trained Mediator. A fun fact about Nancy is that she is a certified Warm Water Canine Swim Coach.
