Nancy Palumbo, M.S., SPHR - Vice President
Nancy started working for People Inc. in 1998 after working for the SUNY Research Foundation in Buffalo where she conducted training/technical assistance programs for the public and private sector.
Nancy graduated from Canisius College in 1998 earning her Master's of Science in Organizational Development. She soon became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is an active member in the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association, American Society for Training of Development, International Facilities Management Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management as well as the National Safety Council. Nancy is also a graduate of Leadership Buffalo and a Board Member for Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Buffalo, Inc.
In her role as Vice President for People Inc. since 2003, Nancy oversees the Training Department, Human Resource Department, Information Technology, and Facilities Management.
Nancy enjoys working for People Inc. because "I am proud to work for an agency that provides valuable quality services and that values its employees," she states. The human service agency employs more than 2,000 people and everyone undergoes a thorough orientation period as well as being recognized at milestones throughout their employment.
