Each complex includes furnished Community Room with full kitchen area for social gatherings, live-in building caretaker, laundry facilities, full-time manager's office, as well as many activities and opportunities to create new friendships and enjoy life. Additionally, Senior Case Management Services are offered.

Eligibility: Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older and able to live independently. Annual household income cannot exceed the federal income limits.

Fees: Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income and includes gas, heat and water.
