People Inc. provides safe, affordable, attractive housing for seniors in Erie County.

The monthly rent is based on 30% of the individuals adjusted income which includes gas heat & water. Each apartment has a single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living/dining area. Each complex has a community room available for recreation and social activities. Each complex also has a kitchen, laundry facilities, and mail boxes. Transportation is available at each complex to transport tenants to grocery stores,and community outings provided by the site.
