Safe, affordable housing for low-income senior citizens, age 62 or over, capable of independent living. Apartment complexes consist of a single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a living/dining area.

**Winner of US Department of HUD National Best Practices Award

Each complex includes a furnished Community Room with full kitchen for social gatherings, live-in building caretakers, laundry facilities, full-time manager´s office, as well as many activities and opportunities to create new friendships and enjoy life. Head of household must be 62 years of age and able to live independently.

Fees: Annual household income can not exceed the Federal income limits. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income.
