Provide in-home services (personal care and RN/LPN level nursing care) to individuals with and without developmental disabilities of all ages. Services may be provided in a private home setting on a long or short term basis. People of all ages who reside in Erie and Niagara counties are eligible.

Hours: 24 hours, 7 days a week

Fees: Medicaid and some private insurance accepted. Free respite services may be available to some applicants.
