People Inc.’s Senior Housing Open House in Blasdell

Buffalo, N.Y., April 10, 2007: People Inc. is helping hundreds of seniors by providing safe, attractive, affordable apartments through twelve locations in Western New York. Family members and seniors are encouraged to tour one of People Inc.’s Senior Housing complexes in Blasdell called Lilly Housing. The Open House will be held on Tuesday, April 17 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 36 Arthur Ave. in Blasdell. People Inc.’s Lilly Senior Housing is located close to the McKinley Mall and shopping area.
People Inc.’s Senior Housing programs offer rental assistance for independent seniors age 62 and up. The rental apartments include gas, heat, and water. There is on-site management and maintenance, on-site laundry, emergency pull cords and response systems, group transportation for weekly grocery shopping and social activities. The building also includes a Community Room with a full kitchen and lounge area for social gatherings and a caretaker for building emergencies.
In addition to the Blasdell facility, People Inc. operates senior housing complexes in Amherst, Blasdell, Cheektowaga, Clarence, Grand Island, Hamburg, Lackawanna, Orchard Park, North Buffalo, South Buffalo, and West Seneca. Applications are currently being accepted for apartments in Amherst, Clarence, Blasdell, Cheektowaga, Hamburg, Lackawanna, and South Buffalo.
