Media Advisory People Inc.’s Orchard Park Day Services Celebrates 20th Anniversary What: People Inc.’s Orchard Park Day Services 20 th Anniversary Open House. When: Wednesday, July 26, 2006 from Noon- 2 p.m. Who: People Inc. staff, program participants, family, and community members. Where: 3763 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park, NY Why: Celebrating Success and Independence for 20 wonderful years. Site-based Day programming is offered in a variety of locations throughout Western New York including the city of Buffalo, Tonawanda, Orchard Park, Lancaster, and the village of Silver Creek. The programs are designed to assist people with developmental disabilities in becoming participating, contributing members of his or her community. Each unique setting focuses on meaningful enhancement of identified skill areas through volunteer experiences, community integration, socialization, and daily living activities. People Inc. is a not-for-profit health and human services agency providing programs and services to at least 10,000 people with special needs, their families, and seniors throughout Western New York. Since 1971, People Inc. has assisted individuals to achieve greater degrees of independence and productivity. |
