A health care facility that provides a wide range of medical, rehabilitative therapies and counseling services for the general public - adults, seniors, teens, and children - as well as specially designed services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Services include but are not limited to: adult and pediatric primary health care, audiology, podiatry, mental health counseling services gynecology, neurology, occupational, physical and speech therapies, and support groups.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Wednesday 8:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Evening and Saturday hours available

Fees: Most insurance plans and private pay accepted.

Other Information: Spanish speaking staff members and sign language interpretation is available. Staff are trained in different forms of assisted communication, as well as the use of adaptive equipment and communication devices.
