Provides participants the responsibility for coordination and management of their own home care services including hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling their own staff. For individuals of all ages (or their Legal Guardians) who are willing to make informed choices regarding the type and quality of home care services to be provided. Individuals must be Medicaid eligible.

Hours: 24-hours daily
