In-home nursing visits, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social work, nutrition and home health aides for individuals with a developmental disability and their household members. Staff is available for in-home or hospital assessments. People of all ages and abilities and their families who reside in Erie or Niagara Counties are eligible.

Hours: 24-hour accessibility

Fees: Paid directly by health Insurance including Medicaid and Medicare. Please call for coverage information.
