A community-based program that places, trains and stabilizes people who are exiting school programs in Erie County. Services include screening, assessment, job development and placement, intensive on-site/off-site instruction, social services and advocacy, ongoing assessment and support. Developmental disability, 18 years or older aging out of school system, referral from VESID, medically and residentially stable, independent in toileting, provide own transportation, capable of 20 hours/week paid work, alcohol or substance free for 6 mos.
