Personal Enrichment Program (PEP)

Alternative day habilitation program that provides a fun and safe environment to learn and grow. Staff work with participants to achieve community-oriented goals. These goals are determined by the individual's interests and needs and may include socialization skills, money transactions, community safety skills or learning how to make friends. Individuals with developmental disabilities, ages 16 through 23 are eligible.

Hours: Varied depending on activity.

Fees: Participant pays for own admission to and any other expenses of off-site activities (i.e., food, souvenirs, etc.).

Other: The program participants meet four times a year to get to know each other better and plan upcoming activities. All activities occur in the evening and on weekends. It is an opportunity for adults age 16 and up with developmental disabilities to gain access to the community.
