Day Habilitation Program

Site-based Day Programming is offered in a variety of locations throughout Western New York including the city of Buffalo, Tonawanda, Orchard Park, Lancaster and the village of Silver Creek. The programs are designed to assist people in becoming participating, contributing members of his or her community. Each unique setting focuses on meaningful enhancement of identified skill areas through volunteer experiences, community integration, socialization, and daily living activities. Specific requests may be made for computer work, greenhouse (interior/exterior landscaping) involvement, music, art therapy, woodworking, ceramics, and food preparation. Additionally the Lancaster site specializes in providing services to medically involved individuals. Families with a developmentally disabled member living in their home. Must be eligible to receive OMRDD Family Support Services.
