A Conflict Resolution Process for People Inc. Employees
People Inc. recognizes from time to time an employee may encounter a problem, question or concern, that if left unresolved, could affect job satisfaction and work performance. Employees are encouraged to voice their concerns or complaints about how the application of an agency policy has affected them. An "open door policy" provides access to any member of management with whom an employee wishes to express a concern.
However, when an employee is faced with a situation that has not been satisfactorily resolved by traditional means, the Peer Review process may be used. Peer Review is a formal problem-solving system designed to resolve employee conflicts quickly and fairly.
